Refund Policy — Sunday My Day

At Sunday My Day, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition and packaging
Free from stains, odors, makeup, damage, or signs of use
Returned with proof of purchase

How to request a return

Your order number
The item you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

Please wait for our return instructions before sending the item back.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what you ordered, Sunday My Day will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds include the price of the returned item and, where legally required, the standard delivery charge paid at checkout. Any additional express-shipping cost is non-refundable.

We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the returned item or you provide proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible at dizerens.ulrick.246@atomicmail.io if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the French legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
