Sunday My Day ships orders from France.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or French public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are:

France: 2–5 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International: 5–12 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. The delivery timeframe and shipping cost available at checkout apply to your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged for deliveries outside the European Union are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues

Sunday My Day is responsible for the order until it is delivered to you. If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at dizerens.ulrick.246@atomicmail.io with your order number.

If an item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the packaging and product as soon as possible.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply before it can be resent.

Delivery delays

We will provide the delivery timeframe applicable to your order. If no delivery timeframe is specified, French law generally requires delivery no later than 30 days after the order is concluded. If your order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
